The leader of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, addressed the main farmers of his country as part of a conference call.
In an interview with representatives of agricultural sectors, the president, in particular, asked about the interim results of the harvesting campaign on state fields.
It is noteworthy that Lukashenko emphasized the cultivation of such a culture as rape. The Belarusian guarantor emphasized that rapeseed should be cultivated in accordance with advanced world agricultural technologies, as this is an unusually cost-effective culture.
The President noted that when growing rapeseed (as, incidentally, other plants), a balance should be struck between two main factors: ecology and economy. And here Lukashenko touched on a problem that is directly related to the cultivation of rapeseed.
He emphasized that he did not want to allow a repetition of the situation that had developed on the territory of the Russian Federation within his country.
The President added that Russia began to grow rapeseed in unusually large quantities, but failed to correctly calculate the time the crop was treated with chemicals (in particular, neonicotinoids and other insecticides dangerous to bee families) against pests. As a result, this led to a total sea of bees in different parts of the Russian Federation. ”
“If this happens again, the conversation will be short!” - The Belarusian president promised capaciously to the main agrarians of the country.
