In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an active check is carried out on the quality and compliance with the sanitary requirements of meat products, as well as cheese and poultry meat. The experts of the Rosselkhoznadzor initiated the audit, enlisting the support of the Yenisei Standard Association.

Today on the tables of experts there are more than 10 samples of local sausages, 15 samples of sausages from Krasnoyarsk producers and six samples of poultry meat from leading regional butchers.
Experts study organoleptic, physicochemical, microbiological, histological and other indicators of production. It is noteworthy that last year, as a result of such a check, it turned out that at least 42% of all meat and dairy products in the Krasnoyarsk market were either of poor quality or outright falsification.
