The company Niva Pereyaslavschiny plans to open a pig breeding complex with a capacity of 50 thousand tons in the village of Pobeda. It is noteworthy that the organization only has permission to carry out preparatory work, but the complex itself is almost ready for work.

In the event that the construction of a farm that is already functioning in violation of the laws of Ukraine is legalized, all 1600 residents of Victory will be in the zone of environmental disaster.

During the operation of a livestock enterprise, the problem of recycling pig waste will inevitably arise, which will entail about 400 hazardous substances entering the soil and groundwater. These include antibiotics, pesticides, heavy metals, helminths, pathogenic viruses and bacteria.

In the air near the complex there will be a large concentration of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and various allergens. The pig breeding complex is being built close to housing, which in fact endanger the health and lives of local residents.

The protest drew the attention of those passing by, while the opinion of the drivers was mixed. After the end of the protest, its participants will visit the pig farm to fix the construction on the inspection certificate.
