Representatives of various agricultural sectors and rural residents of the Republic of Buryatia are in despair. And they shared their sorrows with members of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
In particular, among the many complaints of Buryat farmers, one can single out the acute problem of labor shortages in agricultural and livestock enterprises. The fact is that the small number of personnel does not allow agricultural facilities in the region to carry out current tasks in full and with maximum quality.
Another important snag in the daily labor process of Buryat farmers is the high prices for paying for electricity, as well as the overestimated cost of fuel and lubricants and spare parts for special equipment. In addition, farmers complain that purchasers refuse to pay generously for dairy and meat raw materials and hides, which they donate to local processing plants.
One of the most painful issues is the power supply of farms located far from large settlements. So, it turned out that one of the landowners for four years can not achieve the conduct of electricity to the territory of his farm. The authorities of the municipality explain this by the fact that power lines located at a minimum distance from the Buryat farm are three kilometers from the farm.
And everything would be fine, not electricians can provide free of charge electricity from this line only objects located two kilometers away. The farmer must finance the rest of the distance from his own pocket. And in this case we are talking about one million rubles - that is how much it costs to spend electricity for one additional kilometer.
After hearing appeals from indignant farmers, Sergey Rybalchenko, deputy head of the commission of the Public Chamber, decided to initiate urgent additions to the existing project for the development of the Far East for 2019.
