The Berestechkovsky fruit and vegetable canning factory, which is located in the Volyn region, produces 25 types of products. Canned food of this plant is sold not only in Ukraine, but also abroad, in particular, in Latvia.
Last month, jam, jam and condensed milk found grateful buyers in the face of Baltic citizens. The factory from the Gorokhov district became the only Ukrainian supplier of fillings for the confectionery industry in Daugavpils in Latvia.
The abandoned premises of the plant were acquired and revived by an entrepreneur from the village of Dikovina, Peter Zakharchuk. Over time, production has become the family business of the Zakharchuk family.
The head of the family is involved in the organization of labor, equipment and equipment, as well as maintenance. His wife carefully monitors the production process. She says that a defective product at the plant is a rarity and does not leave the limits of production.
Canned foods have high quality characteristics and are manufactured taking into account the requirements of Gosstandart. The plant administration monitors the quality, as it takes care of the reputation of the enterprise and its image. The competition is very fierce, and everyone wants to occupy their niche in the market, says Natalya Zakharchuk.
The fruit canning plant in season provides work for about 40 local residents. Management values skilled employees, so it often raises their salaries.
A couple of entrepreneurs are constantly developing production, as new products require more modern technologies and equipment.
