Agricultural workers of the Lower Serogoz district of the Kherson region came up with a very original way to deal with thieves. They were “hired” by bee watchmen.

Along the perimeter of the farm are fifteen beehives with bees that guard fuel supplies and equipment. The fence is made of a mesh-netting, revealing the curious eyes of the original and incorruptible "watchmen".

To climb over such a fence means to be guaranteed to be bitten by bees who will be very unhappy with uninvited guests.

Residents of the surroundings are well aware of this and in the daytime do not seek to climb over the net. At night, when winged law enforcement officers sleep, watch dogs take over their case. Hives with bees are more beneficial in keeping than dogs, because insects do not ask for food, but supply their hosts with honey.

Earlier it was reported that in the spring of this year an avalanche of robbery attacks on agricultural enterprises and single farmers swept through the territory of the Kirovograd, Nikolaev and Odessa regions.

Later, information was received about the detention in three villages of the Bolgradsky district of Odessa region of several persons whose stolen seeds, as well as weapons and ammunition were found during the search.
