The fact is that the 23-year-old Crimean carried out illegal fishing in the vicinity of the village of Orlovka and inflicted damage on the state in the amount of 270 thousand rubles.
According to representatives of the Frontier Directorate of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea, at least five hundred fish specimens pecked at the bait of a mountain fisherman, among which herring and bluefish predominated.It is noteworthy that this is not the first illegal experience of the Sevastopol poacher. Previously, he was already held administratively liable for catching hundreds of kilograms of fish, the lion's share of which belongs to the species listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation.

Concerning the poacher, criminal proceedings have been instituted on the fact of illegal fishing of water resources with consequences in the form of damage on an especially large scale.At the moment, the suspect is looming with the prospect of being on the other side of the prison cell for up to two years (based on the provisions of Article 256 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
