Representatives of the world agricultural community congratulate the Egyptian and Italian investors on the start of a potentially fruitful collaboration, who, together with their joint efforts, intend to begin an innovative project in the very near future.
We are talking about the construction of a dozen grain elevators of the vertical type, which will be erected in key areas of the Egyptian production of cereals, in particular wheat.
In addition, partners from Egypt and Italy intend to introduce information and communication technologies into Egyptian agriculture that will help bring local agriculture to a whole new level.
It should be noted that the cost of implementing these plans exceeds the amount of three hundred sixty million Egyptian pounds, which is approximately equivalent to twenty-two million US dollars.
It is noteworthy that the implementation of all stages of these projects is carried out within the framework of the Debt Swap Program, which puts the main goal in priority - to reduce the Egyptians' external debt to Italians through the active development of the Egyptian economy.
