It is known that the Miteko enterprise is based on the territory of the city of Volzhsky, in the Volgograd region. As a result of checks and detection of E. coli bacteria, this company was subjected to administrative responsibility. The size of penalties amounted to 10 thousand rubles.
It is noteworthy that the total volume of a batch of mutton produced in Miteko workshops and infected with E. coli amounted to more than thirty kilograms.According to the website of the interregional administration of the Rosselkhoznadzor, a similar situation has developed on Sakhalin. There, in the conditions of an interregional veterinary laboratory, Escherichia coli was found in samples of cooked smoked sausage made by craftsmen from the Primorsky Territory. It is reported that samples of this sausage were taken from a batch of meat products that were delivered to Sakhalin for further further delivery to Sakhalin implementation. Sample analyzes were carried out as part of the state task. According to employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor, this sausage was never put on sale.
