Pickles - a very simple, but at the same time very popular and popular snack, which will be out of place on any table. You can buy them in the store, but it will not be difficult for you to make salting at home. Pickled gherkins without sterilization, with cinnamon

- Prepare a three-liter bottle in which the workpiece will be stored.
- Rinse the gherkins with hot water, put them in a jar.
- Boil water, pour cucumbers.
- When the water has cooled, drain it and bring to a boil again.
- Put in the jar all the remaining vegetables and spices, add salt, sugar, cinnamon.
- Refill the contents with boiling water, add a spoonful of vinegar.
- Screw the bottle well, turn it over, wrap it in a dense cover.
- After the salting has cooled, it can be stored in a cold place.
Important! During the filling of the jar with boiled water, it should not fall on the walls of the vessel. This may cause the glass container to crack.

- Prepare a liter jar, sterilize it.
- Rinse cucumbers and herbs thoroughly.

- Cucumbers should be soaked in clean cool water and left them for about 60 minutes, then the vegetables should be put in a bottle.
- Engage in the preparation of brine: boil water, salt it, add sugar, dill, spices.
- Fill the jar with brine, having previously cooled it to 60–70 ° С.
- Cover the blank with blackcurrant leaves, pour vinegar.
- Close the bottle tightly, turn it “over the lid”. Let the workpiece stand for two days, after which it can be moved to a cool place.
